Notes: This huge book covers vast ground in its 900-plus pages. Although the quantity is there, the quality isn't exceptional: it is rather unevenly edited. Some of the listings seem to be listed by name rather than subject and many items are listed in multiple places, artifically inflating the size of the book. This index is unique in that it contains listings of some commercial services available via the Internet, such as DIALOG. Icons differentiate the free resources from the costly ones.
