Notes: Wild, wacky, and way out there. That's the only way to describe this toast to Internet's more bizarre newsgroups, mailing lists, e-mags, and WWW pages. Produced in a tabloid format, the "Insider" explores haiku written by dogs, the SNAG (Sensitive New Age Guy) movement, and the threat of America being overrun by space-lizard overlords, with lots of observations by Socks the Clinton Cat. It's all a bit much, but this is the first book on the Internet able to be understood without owning a computer.
