Next SMUG meeting
     The next scheduled meeting of the Sequoia Macintosh User Group is
January 12th.   held in Room 118 of Founders Hall on the Humboldt State
University campus in Arcata. 
     We will begin the meeting with a software auction.  Next free
software will be given away to members for review.  The program for the
evening features SMUG member Larry Kuhn, who  will  discuss and demo
Adobe's PhotoShop graphics software. 
     The meeting begins at 7:00 PM for chatter and questions...the
evening's program starts at 7:30. Everyone is welcome...  Join us!  
     Need directions?  Call Casey at 442-3520. As for parking, little
of comfort can be said.  There are no meters (50cents) around Founders
Hall, but some can be found lower on the campus.  The only other close
parking is in "permit required" spaces.  You may obtain a permit for
$1.50 in quarters at the kiosk on Harpst Street.
