Ten endangered animals

I admit this list doesn't have a whole lot to do with the Internet, but you can get a complete list of endangered and threatened animals and plants via e-mail. To do so, put the command "SEND T&E LIST" in the subject line of a message to R9IRMLIB@MAIL.FWS.GOV. Sadly, that list is about 150 times longer than this one.

  5. Desert tortoise

  7. California freshwater shrimp
  8. Azores wood pigeon
