Is EDGAR online?
The SEC's Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval System
(EDGAR) system is a database of SEC-required filings by publicly
traded companies. The EDGAR Internet project is sponsored by the National
Science Foundation and holds over 32,000 documents. Administrators of the
system estimate that almost 14,000 megabytes of data are sent out each month.
